After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation along with any additional information needed for your session.
To reserve your appointment time, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your appointment will be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept secure online payments through PayPal, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards.
We understand that schedules may change. If you are unable to attend your confirmed appointment, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to request a reschedule. Each client’s profile and session materials are prepared in advance to ensure we maximize the value of your personalized one-on-one coaching experience. Due to the preparation and time reserved specifically for each client, payments are non-refundable. However, eligible appointments may be rescheduled with proper notice.
